Bright has now introduced a new and improved Sign-in process for its users. The legacy identity service has been moved to a more secure method. The legacy identity service has been moved to a more secure and reliable Azure B2C Identity Services. This new Sign-in process includes multi-factor authentication either using the phone (message) or using email. You can also optionally turn ON/OFF the multi-factor authentication at any time.
Authentication via Phone
- Open the Bright Login page.
- Log in with your existing email address and password.
- Select the top right account icon and click Profile to set up multiple-factor authentication.
- On the User Profile page, select the Phone radio button to initiate multi-factor authentication using a message.
- Select the Country Code as applicable from the drop-down list and enter a valid Phone number. Click Send Verification Code to receive and initiate the multi-factor authentication using the Phone (message) in the selected number.
- Enter the verification code sent to the selected number and click Verify Code. Once the same is verified, you can log in to your account.
Authentication via Email
- Open the Bright Login page.
- Log in with your existing email address and password.
- Select the top right account icon and click Profile to set up multiple-factor authentication.
- On the User Profile page, select the Email radio button to initiate multi-factor authentication.
- The multi-factor authentication is set up.
- During login enter your email address and password and click on Sign in.
- Click Send Verification Code to receive the authentication code using your email ID.
- Enter the verification code sent to the registered email address and click Verify Code. Once the same is verified, you can log in to your account.
