You can view and modify the Lead Schedule details from the Lead Schedule menu option under Nominal Ledger using Surf Accounts Production. This feature is only applicable to Company and Sole Trader Template clients across all regions.
Prerequisites
To view and edit the Lead Schedule details, the Staff Permission Lead Schedule must be checked.
View Lead Schedule
To view the list of Lead Schedules, complete the following steps.
- On the left panel under Nominal Ledger, click Lead Schedule.
- The Lead Schedule browse page appears. You can view the list of Lead Schedules with reference number.
Edit Lead Schedule
To edit a Lead Schedule details, complete the following steps.
- On the left panel under Nominal Ledger, click Lead Schedule.
- On the Lead Schedule browse page, click on the reference number of the Lead Schedule you want to modify.
- The Lead Schedule details page appears. Enter the details as required.
FIELD STEP Reviewed By Select the relevant user who will review the Lead Schedule from the drop-down list. Prepared By Select the relevant user who has prepared the Lead Schedule from the drop-down list. Review Date Select the date of review. Prepare Date Select the preparation date of the Lead Schedule. Notes Add any additional notes, if required. - Click Save to save the changes.
The lower section of the page displays the Lead Schedule items along with Draft amount, Debit Adjustments, Credit Adjustments and the Final Amount.
Note: If you select the Show suppressed items checkbox at the top right corner of the page, the entries with 0 value or the irrelevant items related to the particular business will appear and will be highlighted in grey and italics format.
Steps
- On the Lead Schedule browse page, click Print.
- On the Lead Schedule Print page click the Print icon to select the print preferences for the document, or click the Download icon to download the document as PDF.
- Select you print preferences and click Print.
