You can view all employee-specific BIK records in Surf Payroll.

Viewing BIK per Employee

To view the BIK per employee, you need to first move to the employee benefits page. However, after you log in to Surf Payroll , there can be the following scenarios:

• The logged in account has a single Business
• The logged in account has multiple Businesses.

The steps to move to the employee benefits page are different in each of the above scenarios. The steps are provided below scenario-wise.

If your business has payrolls not submitted prior the current date, Surf Payroll displays a message recommending you submit them soon.

Logged in Account has a Single Business

1. Log in to Surf Payroll.
2. The Dashboard page appears. On the left panel, click Employee>Benefit in Kind.
3. The Employee Benefits page appears. To view employee-specific BIK records, on the Employee Benefits page, select the required employee name from the list.

The Logged in Account has Multiple Businesses

1. Log in to Surf Payroll and find the required Business.
2. On the Business page, under the Select a Business heading, click the required Business name. You can also sort the records in the ascending or descending order. To sort, click the column.
3. The Employees page appears. On the left panel, click Employees>Benefit in Kind.
4. The Employee Benefits page appears. To view employee-specific BIK records, on the Employee Benefits page, select the required employee name from the list.

Now that you are on the Employee Benefits page, complete the following steps.

1. On the Employee Benefits page, select the required employee.
2. View the BIK summary of the selected employee.

To sort the BIK records, click the Benefit Type heading.

Viewing BIK Per Employee

1. On the left panel, click Employees>Benefit in Kind.
2. The Employee Benefits page appears. To view employee-specific BIK records, on the Employee Benefits page, select the required employee name from the list.
3. The BIK information of the beneficiary employee is shown below.

To sort the BIK records, click the Benefit Type heading.

Viewing BIK Details Per Employee

1. View BIK per employee.
2. On the Employee Benefits page, click corresponding to the required BIK record and in the inline menu, click Open.
3. The employee benefits window appears. On the employee benefits window, view the BIK details.
