In Surf Accounts, prospects are divided into various types such as business prospect, customer, supplier, payee and a regular contact. Each of these types are used for different purposes. For example, a potential business opportunity involves both customers and business prospects. You create customers and suppliers of businesses also to manage their existing accounts. Note that you can also create some prospect types such as customers and suppliers in the same way at other sections of Surf Accounts. After you create a prospect, you can edit the prospect details, communicate with the prospects and remove the prospect, if needed.
