Surf Accounts Production comprises of the following compliance changes in July, 2022.

United Kingdom LLP Template Amendments

A series of changes have been implemented to Surf Accounts Production in different sections of the LLP template. These changes are applicable only for UK entities.

Reconciliation of Members’ Interest

    • Surf Accounts Production now provides you with an optional code to hide the Amounts due to/from members’ from the Reconciliation of Members’ Interest section of the produced accounts. To hide the Amounts due to/from members’, select the Remove Amounts due to/from members’ from Members Interests page? option under Disclosure.

    • If there is a blank column is present with no amount or figure, a hyphen ("-") is now introduced in the same.

Notes to the Financial Statements

Accounting Policies

The content under the section Related Parties now appears as bullet points in place of a single paragraph.

Financial Fixed Assets Note

The heading Financial Fixed Assets is now replaced with Investments in order to maintain consistency with the Balance Sheet.
