Printing Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts is printed as the Formatted Trial Balance Report. You need to specify your criteria in the Formatted Trial Balance Report and then generate and print the Chart of Accounts.

To print, complete the following steps.

  1. On the Chart of Accounts page, click Print.
  2. The Formatted Trial Balance Report page appears. Specify your criteria.
  3. Optional. You can choose which columns will appear in the generated report. To view the steps, click Advanced Settings.
  4. To generate, click Run.
  5. The report is generated. Click Print.
  6. The report is generated.

Report Generation Criteria

FIELD STEP
PERIOD FROM In the time period for which you want to generate the report, select the starting period.
PERIOD TO In the time period for which you want to generate the report, select the ending period.
TYPE Select whether you want to generate the report for Profit and Loss or Balance Sheet or both.
