The status of each document can be tracked within Surf Accounts Production from two locations.

1. Browse directly to the Produce Accounts Screen and click on the E-Sign logo to the right. A pop up will appear advising the status of the document, whether it has been signed or not, by who, time and date. When the document is fully signed it can be downloaded using ‘Download Signed Document’.
2. E-Signing status screen. This screen is available from the left panel and lists all documents for each client which have been sent for signing. To check the status of any document expand the client folder and click on the E-Sign icon to the right of the document.
3. The E-Sign Document Status screen will appear. From here the document can be downloaded, resent to all for signing, or resent to specific people for sending, if needed.
4. The screen can be filtered to show documents in progress, documents completely signed or all. A search option is also provided.
