You may get the 403 error when you attempt the submission of payroll. This can be caused by a password change on the ROS website. To resolve the error, follow the below steps.
- Go to the ROS tab and click Load ROS Certificate as below.
- The below window appears – click Browse to add the cert.
- Once added, enter the new password in the Enter Password field and select Load Certificate.
- Click OK and attempt the submission again.
